    The Two-Way Immersion Vote

    The only academic program Katy ISD has eliminated in fourteen years of board records. Overcrowding was real; the cost figure that carried the argument was ninety-four percent teacher salary the district would still be paying; the savings the board voted on differed from what the superintendent stated three weeks later by roughly double.
