Madam President, I confirm we are in compliance with the provisions of Texas Open Meeting Act
in regards to this meeting today. Agenda item 3.1, Mr. Justin Graham.
Trustees, thank you for being here today. The purpose of this meeting is fairly simple. We do this every May. It lasts about three minutes. We canvass the official vote total as required by the Texas Elections Code. You will see that in the recommended action item it actually has Mr. Keller with 4,093 votes and Mr. Redmond with 7,563 votes. Those vote totals have been updated in the position count on the agenda item details. Now let me tell you the reason for that. We had eight additional votes that were cast last Friday even though we were closed as a district we convened the ballot board together and the purpose of that is to review any additional ballot by mails that were postmarked timely in any provisional ballots which we had four we had four ballot by mails and four provisional ballots so you will see in the final totals an additional eight voters votes in both races but all eight votes voted in both races so that will will be the minor discrepancy that will also be updated online on the KDISD's official tabulations page once we canvass these votes today. So you'll see the numbers in front of you for position number one you had Mrs. Fox with 3,321 votes, Mr. Keller with 4,097 votes, and Mr. Dolan with 1,065 votes. For position position two you have Mr. Redmond at 7,571 votes also attached online to the public documents so that anybody can go in and look we have a breakdown by precinct of total votes both early voting and election day in total and those numbers again are available online for anybody that wants to go look and as a reminder to this board we have 13 different precincts while we have five early voting locations we have 13 official day election day precincts again a map for anybody who's interested is also available on the district's election website having said that fairly simple I'm happy to take any questions that you
may have are there any questions and president mr. Scott I move that the

About the underlying data (7 notes)
- The transcript on this page was produced automatically by speech recognition. No person has checked it against the recording. It is a way to find a passage, not a quotation.
- No speaker on this recording is identified. The transcript separates one voice from another but does not name them, and every turn therefore reads Unknown speaker.
- The speaker turn timeline is not continuous. There are intervals with no attributed turn, so a gap between two turns is not evidence that nothing was said.
- The district’s video index for this meeting carries no timestamps, so the recording is presented here as a single section rather than divided into agenda items.
- The district publishes this recording as 3 separate files rather than one. The player on this page plays the first file; the later parts are on the district’s own player, linked above. Transcript times run continuously across the whole recording, so a time past the end of the first file will not play here.
- The recording is played here from the district’s own stream. The archive does not hold or serve a copy of the video.
- No speaker on this page is named. The automated attribution available for this recording was derived from names spoken aloud in the transcript, and a surname inside a turn is not evidence of who is speaking. Every speaker is therefore left unresolved.
