them.
We're so proud of you.
We have something for you here from the Board of Trustees.
This is a certificate.
We're going to take a picture with it.

It keeps hot stuff hot, cool things cool, and nobody knows how it does that.
When you figure that out, can you come back and let us know?
Okay, you promise? Your science teacher probably will know about it.
Let's take a picture. Didn't she do a great job?
We have any scouts in the audience today?
If you could stand up, raise your hand, tell us your name, troop, and what badge you're working on.

president Griffin board members superintendent Fraley and distinguished guests at this time I
would like to introduce miss Holly strong Davies Eastern District field director from the office
of United States Congressman Mike McCall with a special congressional
recognition very much for having me and letting me be here on behalf of
Congressman McCall who is in Washington DC this evening serving the constituents
of congressional district 10 but he did want me to come here tonight before you
and read a special recognition from his office to you superintendent this is a
certificate of special congressional recognition presented to Alton Fraley in
honor of your retirement as superintendent of KDISD. I commend and
thank you for your outstanding service and dedication to the students, staff, and
administration of KDISD over the past nine years. I recognize your commitment
to shaping the minds of our future leaders. Thank you. Congressman Michael T.
Thank you, Ms. Davies.
At this time I would like to introduce the Honorable John Zerwas, Texas State
Representative, who will present three resolutions from the State of Texas
House of Representatives. Well thank you very much. What a treat and an honor this
is for me to participate in what is I think some momentous occasions here
recognizing some incredibly big things that have been done here and some of
these things under the leadership of various individuals and so mr. president
and board members and members of this audience if you will bear with me I am
going to try again to share these resolutions with you as well as Michelle
just shared with you some of the things that she said so mr. Fraley the first
one is a recognition for you so please if you'll allow me
whereas Alton L Fraley is retiring as superintendent of the Katy Independent
School District on August 31st 2016 drawing to a close a career in public
education that has spanned more than three decades and whereas during Alton
Farrelly's outstanding nine-year tenure as superintendent KDISD has experienced
remarkable growth and recognition he helped move the district's TEA
accountability rating from academically acceptable to recognized after his first
year in office and since 2012 it has earned the agency's top designation he
also aided the passage of two important bond referendums and implemented numerous
fruitful programs to facilitate communication between KDISD and students
staff and the community moreover in a comprehensive assessment performed by
the review site niche in early 2016 the district was the most highly ranked in
in the Houston metropolitan area.
Whereas this esteemed educator has earned a number
of prestigious accolades, including recognition
as one of the People of the Year by Katie Magazine,
well earned, in 2015 and the title of Region IV
Superintendent of the Year in 2010,
both incredibly well earned recognitions.
Whereas, and I have a special place in my heart
about this one, as you know, Superintendent,
as a graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University,
Mr. Fraley began his career in 1983 as a teacher for Goose Creek ISD, where he also took on his first administrative role as assistant principal.
He worked as an administrator with the Spring Branch ISD, Cincinnati Public Schools in Ohio, and DeSoto ISD prior to accepting his current position as Katy ISD superintendent in 2007.
And whereas in retirement Mr. Fraley looks forward to spending more time with his family,
traveling and volunteering, he also plans to continue serving on the Board of Regents
at his alma mater and maintaining many of his other professional associations.
And whereas over the course of his long and distinguished career, Alton Fraley's dedication
and commitment to excellence have benefited countless young people and their families,
and he may indeed reflect with pride on his many achievements as he embarks on the next exciting chapter of his life.
And now, therefore, be it resolved that Alton L. Fraley be congratulated on his retirement as superintendent of KDISD
and that he be extended sincere best wishes for the future signed by your
representatives that represent this particular area. Mr. Fraley.
And if I might, Mr. President, proceed.
This is also one that I think is very high in the hearts of everybody in the KDIST school district.
district, whereas the Katy High School football team brought the 2015 season to a triumphant
close by winning the University Interscholastic 6A Division II State Championship on December
19th at NRG Stadium in Houston.
And whereas en route to a perfect 16-0 record, the Tigers bested all of their league opponents
to claim the district 19-6A crown.
Throughout the year, Katy relied on a potent offense that averaged more than 48 points per game and an aggressive defense that posted 10 shutouts.
And whereas, the team began its run through the postseason with a dominating victory over Westside High School in the bi-district round of play before cruising past Cypress Ranch High School by a score of 59-20 to secure the area championship.
Tigers followed that performance with impressive wins over Friendswood and
Manville high schools and their 38 to 0 defeat of Steel High School in the
semifinals earned the squad a trip to the state championship game.
And whereas the 6A Division II finale against Lake Travis High School
brought Katy face-to-face with a talented and previously unbeaten foe, the
Tiger defense rose to the occasion once again, forcing four Lake Travis turnovers
and Katie's powerful running game helped the team pull away in the second half for a resounding 34-7 victory.
The state championship win marked the eighth overall football title for the school,
and the Tigers finished the year ranked number one in several national high school football polls,
including those published by MaxPreps, USA Today, and Prep Nation.
And whereas the Tigers' success was the result of a true team effort,
Each member of the roster provided valuable contributions over the course of the season,
and these dedicated athletes benefited from the expertise and inspirational leadership
of a head coach, Gary Joseph, and his staff.
And whereas, with their exceptional play during 2015, the Katy Tigers have furthered their
school's tradition of gridiron excellence, and they will treasure the memory of this
accomplishment for many years to come.
Now, therefore, be it resolved that the Katy High School football team be congratulated
on winning the 2015 UIL 6A Division II State Championship and that the team's players,
coaches and staff be extended sincere best wishes for continued success.
Congratulations.
Congratulations.
You guys getting a little air that's isn't about me?
You're good.
That's it.
Perfect.
Guys, you betcha.
And, Mr. President, if you will allow me to indulge one final recognition, if you will,
and I think we will all recognize how deserved it is.
Whereas Gary Joseph, head football coach at Katy High School, is deservedly being inducted
into the Texas High School Football Hall of Fame on May 7, 2016.
That in and of itself deserves an ovation.
Okay.
That is huge.
Whereas the son of longtime Wharton High School football coach Eddie Joseph,
Gary Joseph began his own coaching career at Luling High School,
where he was instrumental in guiding the Eagles to their first district championship in more than two decades.
He went on to coach at Brazosport High School in Freeport and Westlake High School in Austin
before joining the Katy High School staff in 1982.
While serving as an assistant coach and defensive coordinator under head coach Mike Johnston,
he helped lead the Tigers to three state titles before being named the team's head coach in 2004.
And whereas during his dozen seasons at the helm, Coach Joseph has compiled a 167 wins,
14 loss record.
That's almost embarrassing.
You know, I mean, good grief.
And furnished Katie's reputation as a perennial playoff contender and one of the most successful
football programs in Texas.
His Tiger teams have clinched 11 district titles and four state championships, including
including the 2007, 2008, and 2012 5A Division II titles and the 2015 6A Division II crown,
giving the school a record-tying total of eight championships.
And whereas in recognition of his singular achievements and his ability to inspire his
athletes both on and off the field, Coach Joseph was selected as the 2012 National Coach
Coach of the Year by American Football Monthly and the 2007 Coach of the Year by the Texas
Sports Writers Association.
In addition, he has won multiple Coach of the Year honors from the Touchdown Club of
Houston and the Houston Texans as well as numerous district accolades.
And whereas over the course of his exceptional career, Gary Joseph has distinguished himself
as one of the most talented high school football coaches in the Lone Star State, and he is
indeed worthy of this prestigious Hall of Fame honor. Now therefore be it
resolved that Gary Joseph be congratulated on his induction into the
Texas High School Hall of Fame as a member of the class of 2016 and that he
be extended sincere best wishes for continued success.
Coach, you can say some words from the microphone if you want to.
You know, I've never lost words.
On behalf of Katy High School and our staff and the athletic department here in Katy,
I want to tell you how thankful I am to be a part of Second House Kingdom School District.
No doubt, if it wasn't for Katy High School and the success we have, I wouldn't be up here right now.
We've got great kids, and I can say that without any hesitation.
We've got great parents that allow us to coach their kids.
And like I said, it's a great school district.
Keep your kids going, and let them play football.
Yes, sir.
I just want to say thank you for the opportunity to present these resolutions.
They obviously recognize great, great achievements, both certainly athletically, certainly scholastically,
the great leadership that has been fostered here.
My only ask is that none of you choose to run against me in House District 28.
But again, thank you all very much.
Appreciate it.
thank you representative Zerwas at this time I would like to introduce miss Amy
Reid community relations and volunteer coordinator from the city of Katy to
recognize two Katy ISD students for the 2016 keep Texas beautiful art contest
good evening everybody it is such a pleasure to be here before you this
evening first time for me here I'm very excited to be here in the school board
meeting this evening I have a great pleasure being able to serve not only as
the community relations and volunteer coordinator for the city but also as the
executive director for keep Katie beautiful which if you didn't know is
your keep Texas beautiful and keep America beautiful local affiliate here
in addition to that I also have a great blessing to serve on the board of
directors for keep Texas beautiful along with one of our longtime standing keep
Katie beautiful board members Jamie woman you might have heard that name a
few times in town she's here this evening I think she's tucked away in the
back somewhere she'll make her way up here in a second and one of the fun
programs that we get to participate in as board members with keep Texas
beautiful is the annual keep Texas beautiful calendar art contest and this
is a campaign that is a partnership between keep Texas beautiful and the
don't mess with Texas campaign with Texas Department of Transportation and
what this campaign does is it works with you throughout Texas through their
use of art to raise awareness about the hazards of litter on Texas highways.
We're really excited about this.
It's a fun program.
You get to color and you get to win something with it, maybe.
But we all know that with the calendar, there's only 12 months, which means there's only 12
pages in the calendar.
And so every community across Texas that enters into this contest, we're all vying to win
a page in that calendar.
Very seldom do you get two pages in that calendar, and that's what we're so excited to be here for tonight, is that we have two pages in that calendar here in Katy because of some really talented young ladies.
I do want to let them know, though, there were more than 8,000 entries for this one calendar, and these two ladies took two months out of that one year.
So I am so excited that we get to be the ones to recognize them here this evening and that
also Jamie and I get to take it back to Austin and let them know that yes, Katie took two
months out of the year.
So you know, it raises the bar for everybody else.
So our first one here this evening I would like to recognize.
will be miss Jessica time and she is a student at Alexander Elementary
So this is just a glimpse of it, but we made sure that you all have a bag to take home tonight with a calendar that has their artwork in it, so you can hang their Katie calendar pages proudly.
Is this not beautiful or what?
So, did you have fun doing this?
Yes.
Yes.
Do you think you're going to do it again?
Possibly.
Well, we hope so because you have a brand new art kit in this bag that we'd like to send you home with
So that you have everything you need to take another month next year
okay, and
And you've got a stack of calendars so that you can make sure all of your family has them everywhere
Okay, and I would autograph them first if I were you okay?
Congratulations.
Beautiful job, beautiful job.
Our next student we would like to recognize this evening is Miss Annabel
Du and she is a student at Beck Junior High.
I have to raise yours too because equally beautiful.
What inspired you to do yours?
Well I try to add like more humor into it but yet like the banana pill on the
antlers sure why not all right I mean without I mean without my art teacher
though I don't think I would have created this piece of art so I would
really like to thank my art teacher Miss Enya and she basically pulled me through
this whole entire work motivated me to submit it okay well you've got the
skills to do it and the supplies to do it so we want to see another one from
you next year
and on that we'd like to piggyback and say thank you to the art teachers who
encourage their students because this goes through the schools and if the
teachers didn't encourage the students to participate and then help submit
those entries we wouldn't see them come through that office in Austin so it
makes all the difference and it goes right back to kind of where the
heartbeat of the the community is and it starts right here in our schools with
our children so we thank you for that constant encouragement to our schools
and to our teachers because you see where it pays off and it's with our
students so we thank you thank you for your time this evening congratulations
to our wonderful little artist and maybe next year we'll be here for three or
four months we hope so thank you thank you miss Reid tonight

sets. Daniel continued to pursue his passion for building things and in eighth grade he

school free time building machines such as aerial drones and gasoline dune buggies. As
a leader in Science Olympiad, he applied his building skills towards doing many events
for the club. Lastly, Daniel used his garage to benefit the community from being a neighborhood

congratulations next I would like to welcome miss Janet ice director of
community partnerships to introduce the recipients of inspiring imagination
teacher grant program from the Katy ISD education foundation featuring the BP
stem grants president Griffin board members superintendent Fraley I'd
actually like would like to introduce if you don't mind first our board president
Ken Yonda's you know the KDIC Education Foundation is managed and supported in
great fashion by a terrific group of board leaders and who are community
volunteers and themselves investors in the Education Foundation and this is our
annual report to the Board of Trustees Mr. Yonda will bring in.
Good evening Mr. President and members of the Board of Trustees and Mr. Fraley.
I'm Ken Yonda. I'm the KDISD Education Foundation Board President this year and
I am reporting in compliance with the Memorandum of Understanding between KDISD
Education Foundation and Katy ISD. The Education Foundation had our fourth year
of grants this year and another outstanding year in school year 2015-2016.
Our mission continues to be to unite the community in making targeted investments
in our schools. Although our fiscal year doesn't end until August 31st,
most of our work for this year is complete and we're beginning preparations
preparations for our next fiscal year.
Some of our significant achievements are as follows.
First, we want to thank you all for your tremendous support
and especially Mrs. Doyle, even though she's not here
tonight, who's been our official representative
on our foundation.
As Janet said, we have a tremendous board of directors
and the support that they provide for us is just amazing.
We've grown our community board members again this year
and are also very appreciative of the support that we have from the KDISD administrators,
including Mr. Fraley, Dr. Kesky, Mr. Smith and his staff, numerous campus principals,
and of course our administrative liaison, the super Janet Tice.
We have to stop and applaud for Janet right now.
We also want to thank the board for the in-kind contribution that you all make by allowing us to
have free office space. We appreciate that very much and continue to allow the allocation of some
district employees expenses and time. Though we continue to try to cover and we do cover many
of our own administrative expenses for our events through the foundation. We had a great year again
raising funds this year. Basically what we do is we raise funds and then distribute them to teacher
grants. And so this year we raised over $200,000 through the continuing support of our original
three-year groundbreaking investors who've actually been with us for the full almost five
five years that we've been in existence now. We've also continued to add multi-year donors,
what we call our keystone investors. We have had two tremendously successful fundraising
events this year. The first one, our Fireflies and Food Trucks last September, which was
a wonderful sold-out event. And then our Groove Jazz event that we had just a few weeks ago
in conjunction with the Katy Jazz Festival. We also continue to truly appreciate the support
that we get from BP, who again contributed $40,000 this year for our STEM program. So we truly appreciate the folks from BP.
So what did we do with all that money that we raised this year? We awarded 55 grants of merit to totaling $206,000 to 200 teachers
on 33 different campuses. Those grants impacted virtually all areas of both
elementary and secondary curriculum. This is three more campuses than we did last
year, so we went from 30 to 33 campuses this year. We also impacted about 20 more
teachers than we did. We went from about 180 to 200 teachers participating this
year, and in just the four years that we've been providing grants now, we're up
to slightly more than seven hundred and twenty five thousand dollars in grants
that we've done over the last four years and actually yes
after our first year when we granted about eighty eight thousand dollars we
then said the next five years we're going to do a million dollars and we in
grants and we are well on our way we're going to surpass that million dollars
I'm confident in the next two years we also had seven schools that had never
gotten grants before they got grants this year so we are very pleased to see
that we continue the entire district it has been such an amazing number of
grants and I just I have to just do a couple of quick shout outs to some of my
favorite grants this year we awarded worms the sequel to Katie junior high
which is just one of the 55.
Worms last year was a very important grant for us to do and so that fact that they applied for a second version of that is
great. We also have one of my personal favorites, giant triangles for
geometry students,
standing desks,
more gardens and and things
in nature.
And another one of my really favorite ones because I did not even know this happened in Katy School District,
but we gave a grant to the early childhood intervention team that is
actually helping two and a half and three year olds get ready to be in
school which I just think is just totally amazing it's been such a great
thing for those of us from the community to learn some of the amazing things that
goes on in Katy ISD that some of us as parents had never really known about
before but before I turn it over to Janet to recognize all of those teachers
and the rest of the 55 I want to thank all of our hard-working board members as well as the
community members who are not on our foundation board but work actively with us as investors
contributing funds or working on our fundraising or marketing or grants committee if I could have
all of our board members and committee members and investors all stand up or if you're already
standing up wave to be to be recognized I really appreciate all of your work
and with that I'll turn it back to Janet to recognize individual teachers all
right president gift Griffin board members superintendent Fraley it's my
honor to introduce to you your 2016 2017 school year grant recipients teacher
when I call teachers when I call your grant name and your team leaders name if

Mr. Freddy, we want to, as a Board of Trustees, we want to officially thank you for your service to KDISD.
You have served us for nine years, and that time has flown by very quickly.
We've seen a growth from approximately 50,000 students to 73,500 students.
Mr. Fraley, you've surrounded yourself with a great staff and a great team that's created an organization.
You've made some changes when you were here, and you created some of the area superintendents,
and it has helped tremendously in the area that matters the most, which is educating children, and we appreciate that.
And the many times that you have talked to me about things is that what's most important is the kids.
and always we appreciate that and we want to wish you the very best in your
next phase of life as you retire from KDISD and I hope you enjoy and you find
new meanings beyond the work part of being a superintendent retirement can be
and has been the most meaningful years of life you deserve all the very best in
what you in this retirement time and may you find the happiness in those years of
retirement we ask you not be a stranger in KDISD but to certainly stay in touch
with us and we want again thank you for all the years of service with KDISD
for a job well done we wish you all the best as a token of our appreciation we
have a present for you and a card from the board members and I want you accept
set this on behalf of all the board members tonight thank you very much
sir did you want to say some words or do you want us to go first let me go last
okay just in case well if I can start off you know I got the happiest day at
this podium and then the saddest day at this podium the happiest day was when
you brought us the recommendation name the school after mr. OD Tompkins and I
can say that this is the saddest day that this is the last time we're gonna
get to see you behind behind this desk here and sitting in this chair thank you
for demonstrating character integrity steadfastness the things that we talk
about that's so hard to define but you're a living example and I wanted to
thank you for just giving me another opportunity to share stories about you
thank you I'll go next mr. um mr. we've been quite a journey here I just want to
appreciate you because you've made our district better you've made our
community better Katie is better because you have been here and it is my desire
and moving forward that we become the legacy that you desire us to be and I
just want to you know I love stories so I want to tell a story on mr. Fraley
when we were working on our mission statement or our statement and the board
was sitting around the table and we're throwing out all sorts of ideas and going
over them shooting down some ideas you know mr. Fraley would sitting next to me
and he just whispered beneath his breath be the legacy and I said that's it and
repeated it and every board member was that's it I appreciate the fact that you
pay attention not only to your staff your teachers but your community your
board and that Katie has definitely is that definitely is a better place
because you've been here thank you for your service and you will be missed
yes sir I turn though I've only had two years pleasure serving with you as a
board of trustees I think your nine years have been very important to me in
far as forming me or my leadership skills and goals not a lot of people
know this but mr. Farrell and I joke all the time I was the very first parent
volunteer he ever met in KDISD he walked into Alexander Elementary and I was
was there to greet him with the um elisa ferris the then building principal and the most magical
thing to me is you never forgot my name you probably went on to how many more campuses and
met how many more people but you never forgot my name you had to call me out a lot you know and
yeah and that was always fun but you guys made me feel special and important and i blame you maybe
for some of my choices in leadership no i'm kidding um you truly are one of the few people
in my journey in kdisd leadership whether it's through pta or vips or here sitting in front of
you now um that you have been a very instrumental part in a lot of the decisions i've made and
you've helped mentor me in a lot of those things so i appreciate it thank you mrs fox
i'm not going to be able to do it
um
Mr. Adams and I were a part of the board who interviewed you and
Succeeding the very wonderful Leonard Merrill and
Because we're a part of because you made us do it again and I don't have to do it again because of you
Through that process have been reminded of
The impact you made from the first minute and I met you
I've been thinking about that a lot recently.
You were absolutely the right choice for where we were.
And we could see the glimpse of the vision that you had in you.
And then we came to realize that it was buckets and buckets of vision that we never even could
imagine.
and if I tried to list the number of ideas or programs or places or things
that we're doing in Katy because of you and because of a conversation or because
just a vision and and my favorite quote is when you came to the board and said
you know I have have this idea and just want to you know toss it out there and
it's not fully developed because I have a bucket of ideas and you don't like
this one i'll go back to the bucket and i was like i want to see that bucket bring them bring them
you know and it you just continue to do that and my fellow colleagues are right
we're far better because of you and um i am deeply grateful
for your leadership here and deeply grateful for your friendship.
That doesn't end after tonight or after your retirement.
But your family is a reflection of how incredible you are
and Anissa and your children.
And just being around that is just affirmation of the man you are
and, you know, how much you love God
and how much you love your family
and that you put others before yourself.
There's lots more, but...
The two years I worked with you as board president
have some of the sweetest memories.
And we went through some tough times.
And we were there for each other,
and that was a really good time.
We did some great things and have some good memories.
And I learned a lot about you that no one ever sees behind the stacks and piles on your desk that you're working on all the time.
And no one knows because you don't talk about it.
It's never about you.
It's about others.
And watching all those things that you were working on was like, how come nobody knows about this?
And we know, we know.
And we thank you.
We're grateful.
All right, Mr. Fraley, your turn.
Thank you, President Griffin.
President Griffin, Board of Trustees, I want to thank you for the kind remarks tonight.
I really appreciate the very heartfelt remarks.
And we have stories with each other, maybe some about each other, and just a lot of good memories.
A lot of great memories, actually.
So I want to thank the original gangsters that hired me.
I recall some very good conversations in those two days of interviews.
And we've had a lot of good conversations since that time.
And to the folks who joined the board afterwards for renewing my contract, first of all, thank you for that.
But also thank you for allowing me to bring my bucket of ideas.
And not judging it, but just thinking, will this play in Katy or not?
and that's a key role that the board plays as being the trustees of the
values of the community. The board is, you are the trustees of the values of this
community and that's very important and a lot of folks they don't really
appreciate that. I have to thank my team. You know, these folks are just the best
of the best. This is a very large organization and no one person can do it
by themselves and they have extremely high accountability. These are folks now
on Monday mornings we don't always begin with an agreement but we walk out
usually still friends or at least friendly and then maybe by the time the
day ends we're back on the same page again. But that's when you hire folks you
hire their brain as well and you want them to push back. You want them to
to question. You want them to advocate for their position so that when you walk out of
that room arm in arm, you've covered all the bases and you've thought through all the possibilities.
I want to thank this community. We have some amazing, you met some tonight, some awesome
kids, awesome kids who are tremendously talented and to all the teachers and staff from Madison
and operations these guys they rock it they never complain to me at least they always show up and go
above and beyond and that's really in every division i could i can name tonight we have
folks who always go above and beyond because they care about this community and they care about
their their craft it has been truly an honor to to serve here and to say that the district's grown
I've grown. I've grown. Not just in my girth, but just in also trying to
become more patient. You get caught up in the pace of things and you sometimes
don't take the time to pause and recognize the folks who really make it
all happen. And so I would just encourage you to stay the course, continue to put
the kids first. Put the kids first. Don't take for granted what you have here.
Because as you grow, different things become a challenge. And I just strongly encourage you,
as trustees, continue to espouse and support the values of this community.
community, to articulate those values.
We don't apologize for working hard and getting the benefits of that hard work.
Resources we provide for our kids and our staff are second to none.
We don't apologize for that.
You can't want to be the best and yet refuse to give the best.
In KDISD, we expect the best, we demand the best, we provide the best.
And for that we don't apologize.
You should not apologize for that.
So thank you again for this evening, for the wonderful gift.
Not just this gift, but the gift to serve.
An awesome, awesome place.
I am forever thankful and grateful.
God bless you.
Thank you.
So we've got time here.
You get to open up that gift because we've got to do a little explaining and everybody's
probably a little curious on what we've got.
Uh oh, uh oh.
And Mr. Fraley.
I know Ms. Ben is behind all the stuff.
Yes.
And Mr. Fraley, you have a former trustee also here to celebrate you, Mrs. Crockett.
Mrs. Crockett, yes, yes, yes.
Yes.
She served with you as well.
Thank you so much.
Good to see her here.
Thank you so much.
And you did to her what you did to everybody.
When she left the school board, you kept her engaged at the Education Foundation.
Mm-hmm.
Roll for him.
Yeah.
Well, happy retirement.
All these years you kept your nose to the grindstone, pulled your hair out.
Yes.
worked your buns off but they came back and take what few body parts you have
left and enjoy your new life thank you
okay so you have to explain it I'm kind of nervous now well we had heard once
Once you get it open, yeah.
Maybe not everybody understands.
Ah.
Is the box really just a box?
Just a box?
You always think outside the box, though.
You want to explain?
Oh, batteries, I think, right?
Okay, so wait, take that out.
I keep working?
All right, so you can read that.
Ah, okay.
This is one of my favorite quotes about John Quincy Adams.
If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more, and become more, you are a leader.
Yes, sir.
and what goes in the box we were told that well of course we recognize that
you spent nine years here so that clock represents the time that you spent here
in Katy but we were told that out in Fraley time is different than normal
time and we spent a lot of money to have that that fix so that it keeps track of
Universal Central time Katie time and out and freely time thank you sir thank you
all thank you all very much appreciate thank you thank you
Thank you.
This isn't like Giddings.
Anybody remember Giddings?
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Do you want a second to say any fine words?
Okay.
I've got...
All right.
