It is recommended that the Board of Trustees adopts the attached resolution authorizing the sale of a seven .014 (7.014) acre tract of land adjacent to the Wolfe Elementary School property and authorizes the Superintendent, or his designee, to negotiate and execute a Sale and Purchase Agreement and related documents for a purchase price of Five Million Four Hundred Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($5,400,000.00) This motions will also authorize the President of the Board of Trustees to execute a deed and any other documents necessary to consummate the sale of the Property to Buyer.
