I move that the Board of Trustees terminates the probationary contact of the assistant choir director, Clarence Appleby, III, for good cause as determined by the Board and discussed in Closed Meeting. I further move that the Board suspends Mr. Appleby without pay pending discharge for good cause as determined by the Board effective Tuesday, October 18, 2016 and directs the superintendent to give written notice to him of these actions.
