It is recommended that the Board of Trustees authorizes the Board President to work with Mr. Frailey to develop the agreement that will set forth Mr. Frailey’s duties and responsibilities in the months immediately prior to his resignation from the district on August 31, 2016 as he has announced, subject to the Board’s final approval of the agreement.
