It is recommended that the Board of Trustees: denies the Level Three FNG grievance in FNG-14-028A, thereby upholding the decision of the Level One and Level Two hearing officers. OR grants the Level Three FNG grievance in FNG-14-028A, thereby authorizing the relief as stated in the complaint.

The Board is taking no action at this time.

It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approves the personnel report as recommended by the Superintendent in Closed Meeting.
